Answer to What is a MUD?:

MUD stands for Multi-User Dimension. MUD's are a form of text roleplaying game. The game is played with other people around the world, each person with his own character. By reading descriptions of rooms, objects and NPC's, you can see the world around it, and manipulate the world around you. You can chat with others, explore the world, solve puzzles and much more. In our MUD, you can also own a house and participate in such organizations as the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters.
